My Approach
Counselling and psychotherapy is not a one size fits all, so I will work with you to collaboratively determine a treatment plan that best suits you as a unique individual. As an integrative relational psychotherapist, I do this via incorporating a variety of techniques to suit your needs. I create a safe space for you to feel unconditionally accepted and free from judgement to help ease what can often feel like the unknown process of therapy.

We may begin with stabilising techniques to help you cope with the day-to-day and ease the symptoms of, say, depression or low-self esteem that you are suffering with. We may delve into your relationships and traumas to make links of how your current situation is haunted by your past and how you can work through these. We may collaboratively analyse your purpose in life to help make it more fulfilling. However we choose to work together, I will follow you in your goals for the therapy to help achieve them.
